Dear Hardy Window Company,

Thank you for the job completed at my residence on May 10. I don’t even remember how I was referred to your company, but I am glad that I was. I would like to express my great satisfaction to the company, product, and employees. I was in the market to have my windows replaced through the entire house since the current setup included the old steel crank out style windows. These windows are from the late 1940’s and were far from efficient.

I had arranged for a total of twelve companies to provide estimates for complete window replacements.  Some of the companies insisted on a “product presentation” that took too much of my time. This was of no interest to me. I wanted to know that I was getting quality work done for an affordable price. After my twelve faxed quotes were complete, I had six companies come to the house to take the measurements and give an official and more accurate quote.
As I had explained to Gary Prahl when he came to my house, I was looking for replacements, but price was a major factor.  Any window would be better than the current.  I explained that I was looking for a low budget job and did advise him that I was also simultaneously receiving multiple quotes for services.  Gary never pressured me, which I preferred, and he met all of my needs. He sold me the basic windows, which were still considered “low e” windows by IWC. This was exactly what I was looking for.

Alfredo showed up on Monday May 9th for the installation with his crew. They were speedy, and careful not to make a complete mess in my house. They were all courteous and professional. Alfredo was quick to introduce himself to me and review what was to be done.  I was kept updated with progress when necessary. Alfredo did have to return Tuesday with an additional worker to finish the detailing on the inside of the windows. I know that 23 windows is a big undertaking, but it was completed in a timely manner. Alfredo did a walk around with me after the installation was complete to assure my complete satisfaction. There was one window that broke in shipment. I was assured that it would be replaced within two weeks, but it was done two days later, exceeding my expectations, once again. Everything was adequately cleaned up at my home and left in appropriate condition.

I had other contractors show up at my house on Monday for other estimates on painting my house.  All were greatly impressed by the window price as well as the quality of the installation. Both contractors demanded a business card for your company to provide quotes for them. I requested from Alfredo more cards to hand out upon request from friends. I have since been asked from four other potential customers. Sorry, maybe you’ll have to open up a new branch out in the Redlands area. I know that Anaheim is quite a drive for your crew, but I appreciate the great work and fantastic price for my windows.

My wife and I give our most sincere compliments to both Gary Prahl, and Alfredo along with his installation crew where appreciation is due. Thank you again.

First, I would like to say Thank You.  Yes thank you for being a company that stands by the term “Service and Quality first” I interviewed at least 15 window and door companies before we decided to go with your company. What made us go with Hardy? I read an interesting article in a local magazine about Hardy Windows in September of 2005. The article spoke about how the owner of you company was totally committed to his employee’s and the customers you serve.  This one statement alone made me pickup the phone and setup and appointment. By this time I had had it with window and door salesman. Every sales person who came to home made it more confusing then the last. That is until Gary Prahl from your team showed up. One of the things I love about Gary is he never tried to see me on any product.  Gary just gave me good, clear, information on everything. No hard selling like the other companies. After reviewing all the information from all the companies it was undeniable that Hardy /windows were the best company for us when it came down to getting the best service, product and price. After completing the final negotiation and working out the final details for the work with Gary which included replacing 6 windows and 5 sliding glass doors and the front entry doors I told my wife this is the best feeling I’ve ever had setting up a job of this size for home repairs for us. Gary made it easy! Thank You Gary.  Next were the great people in your office who would answer any questions we had before the install took place.  If the folks in the office didn’t have the answer they pointed us to the right person.  Next was the most important part for me, the “Install”. I made it very clear to Gary I needed the best installation team.  Gary made sure we got them. I am sure all the crews are good. Just let me say Mr. Rosario Lozoya and his crew is the best hands down.  The framing Mr. Lozoya did for the doors are beautiful. THANK YOU Rosario. The crew showed up on time easy day. Thank You. They made sure to cover everything inside the house and around any work area. Someone was always vacuuming and sweeping up the dust from the work being done inside and outside.  On day two with the work coming to completion it was clear that my home didn’t look the same it was looking like a new home.  All I can say is WOW. In a word all the work your staff did is beautiful. And Thank You Gary for making me look likes a with my wife. You’re the BEST!

Your wonderful crew installed our new windows, front entry door, and sliding patio door and we are extremely pleased with your company, service, product, and employees.

Your salesman, came to our home and was very professional. He was on time and explained the product to us to our satisfaction.  We really appreciated the fact that he was upfront, honest, and not pushy.  We had several salesmen come out from different window companies and we were the most impressed Hardy Windows.

Your foreman and his installation team were absolutely great!  They wee all very neat, courteous, and friendly.  We have little dogs (Shih Tzu’s) and the whole crew was very understanding about working around them and not letting them out!

We had a couple of small problems that we noticed after the installation and Ferdinand, your troubleshooter, came out and took care of them. Ferdinand was very efficient and very knowledgeable.

I would definitely refer Hardy Window Company to all my friends, neighbors and relatives.

I am writing to you to let you know how pleased I am with my new windows and French Slider doors. Your staff has been profession and efficient from the beginning to the end. Your sales person, Scott, was on time and very pleasant and answered all my questions. After Scott gave me a quote I made a few changes the next day and he was most helpful with them as well. I visited your showroom on Saturday following Scott’s initial call. I wanted to see the doors and windows for myself rather than just the pictures in the catalog. Again, the young woman working that day was pleasant and helpful.

Of course, the main people are your installers. The three you sent over really knew what they were doing. In the 32 years I have lived in my house, I have never had any work done that there wasn’t some problem be it little or big. I always figured on something going wrong but to my surprise, everything went without a hitch. Your installers were on time and worked very hard throughout the day. Not only did they do a great job on my windows and doors but they left everything neat and tidy. They too were polite and very professional. You have a great staff and can be very proud of them.
