Dear Hardy Window Company Management,
Recently your company installed a new Certainteed sliding glass door at our new home and I am pleased to say that the door is beautiful, and it was a pleasure having Hardy Window Company do this job for us. The professionalism and friendly nature of your employees, especially Gary and Rick, is impressive.
Our positive impression of your company was initially shaped by Gary, who came out and provided us with an estimate. While your estimate was very competitive, what really sold us initially on your firm was Gary’s positive and willingness to work with our busy schedules to accommodate our needs.
Also, I’d like to commend your installer Rick, he was very professional from the onset of the project to the very end. He called early on the installation day with an estimated time of arrival, showed up on time, and worked steadily until the job was finished. He was friendly and professional, which made us feel good about our decision to hire your company.
In addition, Rick was training a new installer that day. As a manager myself, I was very impressed with Rick’s kind, helpful nature with his trainee, and the obvious care he took to teach your new employee the correct procedures for installation.
When we are ready to have the remainder of our windows done, we will certainly choose Hardy Window Company for the job, and will request Rick for installation, if possible.
