Dear Mr. Chance Hardy:
Thank you for the job completed at my residence on May 10. I don’t even remember how I was referred to your company, but I am glad that I was. I would like to express my great satisfaction to the company, product, and employees. I was in the market to have my windows replaced through the entire house since the current setup included the old steel crank out style windows. These windows are from the late 1940’s and were far from efficient.
I had arranged for a total of twelve companies to provide estimates for complete window replacements. Some of the companies insisted on a “product presentation” that took too much of my time. This was of no interest to me. I wanted to know that I was getting quality work done for an affordable price. After my twelve faxed quotes were complete, I had six companies come to the house to take the measurements and give an official and more accurate quote.
As I had explained to Gary Prahl when he came to my house, I was looking for replacements, but price was a major factor. Any window would be better than the current. I explained that I was looking for a low budget job and did advise him that I was also simultaneously receiving multiple quotes for services. Gary never pressured me, which I preferred, and he met all of my needs. He sold me the basic windows, which were still considered “low e” windows by IWC. This was exactly what I was looking for.
Alfredo showed up on Monday May 9th for the installation with his crew. They were speedy, and careful not to make a complete mess in my house. They were all courteous and professional. Alfredo was quick to introduce himself to me and review what was to be done. I was kept updated with progress when necessary. Alfredo did have to return Tuesday with an additional worker to finish the detailing on the inside of the windows. I know that 23 windows is a big undertaking, but it was completed in a timely manner. Alfredo did a walk around with me after the installation was complete to assure my complete satisfaction. There was one window that broke in shipment. I was assured that it would be replaced within two weeks, but it was done two days later, exceeding my expectations, once again. Everything was adequately cleaned up at my home and left in appropriate condition.
I had other contractors show up at my house on Monday for other estimates on painting my house. All were greatly impressed by the window price as well as the quality of the installation. Both contractors demanded a business card for your company to provide quotes for them. I requested from Alfredo more cards to hand out upon request from friends. I have since been asked from four other potential customers. Sorry, maybe you’ll have to open up a new branch out in the Redlands area. I know that Anaheim is quite a drive for your crew, but I appreciate the great work and fantastic price for my windows.
My wife and I give our most sincere compliments to both Gary Prahl, and Alfredo along with his installation crew where appreciation is due. Thank you again.
