Dear Hardy Window Company,
First, I would like to say Thank You. Yes thank you for being a company that stands by the term “Service and Quality first” I interviewed at least 15 window and door companies before we decided to go with your company. What made us go with Hardy? I read an interesting article in a local magazine about Hardy Windows in September of 2005. The article spoke about how the owner of you company was totally committed to his employee’s and the customers you serve. This one statement alone made me pickup the phone and setup and appointment. By this time I had had it with window and door salesman. Every sales person who came to home made it more confusing then the last. That is until Gary Prahl from your team showed up. One of the things I love about Gary is he never tried to see me on any product. Gary just gave me good, clear, information on everything. No hard selling like the other companies. After reviewing all the information from all the companies it was undeniable that Hardy /windows were the best company for us when it came down to getting the best service, product and price. After completing the final negotiation and working out the final details for the work with Gary which included replacing 6 windows and 5 sliding glass doors and the front entry doors I told my wife this is the best feeling I’ve ever had setting up a job of this size for home repairs for us. Gary made it easy! Thank You Gary. Next were the great people in your office who would answer any questions we had before the install took place. If the folks in the office didn’t have the answer they pointed us to the right person. Next was the most important part for me, the “Install”. I made it very clear to Gary I needed the best installation team. Gary made sure we got them. I am sure all the crews are good. Just let me say Mr. Rosario Lozoya and his crew is the best hands down. The framing Mr. Lozoya did for the doors are beautiful. THANK YOU Rosario. The crew showed up on time easy day. Thank You. They made sure to cover everything inside the house and around any work area. Someone was always vacuuming and sweeping up the dust from the work being done inside and outside. On day two with the work coming to completion it was clear that my home didn’t look the same it was looking like a new home. All I can say is WOW. In a word all the work your staff did is beautiful. And Thank You Gary for making me look likes a with my wife. You’re the BEST
