Mike Rico (Field Superintendent) - I started in the window business in February 1989, the company was Diversified Glass Systems. It was here I met Chance Hardy. Later in my career I worked for the Glass Crafters, Summit Window & Doors, and I also worked for Certainteed Windows for 5 years. I am currently the field superintendent for Hardy Windows, and my duties include the supervision of over 30

 installers, extensive project setups, and customer relations in the field. Our field, office and warehouse crew are some the most dedicated and hard working people I’ve ever known. I have been married for 14 years to my wonderful wife Renee and we have 2 beautiful girls Jessica and Danielle. Contact mike@hardywindows.com
